Sleep Sister is the pseudonym of April Russo, a nicu nurse and certified sleep consultant that helps new parents navigate the challenges of sleep with their newborn babies and toddlers. She identifies the unique needs of each baby and develops customized sleep plans that have helped new parents all over the country find their way to happier and healthier sleep.
